Shaping unit (pre-nailing before nailing)

1. Left and right belts, plastic push plate, front and rear movement positioning are automatically adjusted by order setting, with button electric fine adjustment, limit switch protection.

2. The plastic push plate is driven by the servo motor and the positioning is accurate.

3. Belt clearance: manual adjustment with scribes.

4. Photoelectric induction jam automatic stop device.

5. The first piece of cardboard is adjusted, and the plastic push plate can be manually operated to decompose the action, so that the shaping action is more certain.
